Former High School in Shenandoah, PA. Built in 1917 and was used 2 years as a hospital and morgue during Spanish Influenza. Opened in 1919 as J.W. Cooper High School and closed in early 1990’s. Saved from being razed in 2012, now serves as a community center while being restored. Approximately 50,000 square feet. Oldest swimming pool in a school in Pennsylvania. Contained an 800 seat auditorium and gym with an elevated jogging track.
