***$350/hr – 4 hour minimum / $2500 for 8 hours

***The advertised rate is $350/hr (4 hour minimum) based on a headcount of no more than 20 attendees (that includes camera/light crew, talent, extras) (Headcount Negotiable and rate will vary) for an 8 hour shoot*** (Rate will be raised if the headcount is increased)

***Security deposit to be negotiated and the amount is dependent on the headcount, hours and the insurance deductible. Refundable Security deposit must be paid in advance to reserve the date.

***Site rep fee is required for a minimum of $200/day depending on the length of the shoot.

***Production insurance is required for the location. The insurance must name the homeowner and/or his company.

***A cleaning fee will be applied if the property is not left in the same condition when it was rented.

No Smoking on property
No party scenes
Headcount must not exceed the agreed number.
No overnight shoots
No loud Music after 11pm

A separate contract must be signed in order to rent this property.
