HUGE 16ft tall x 8ft wide garage door for load-in and load-out, a large separate Green Room loft upstairs on second floor, makeup station, beautiful full bathroom with shower, couches, fold up tables, and chairs included in rental. We are able to accommodate large and small productions.

A lot of commercials with sound, interviews and films are shot here. The space is NOT 100% soundproof, meaning that an occasional sound from outside may make it through, but those sounds tend to be for about a second or two and are few and far-between.
